Finding Tyler

Miles's life is already all figured-out - he will work in Cove's Pharmacy in the little sea-side town of Rye until his boss eventually retires and he can buy the business off him. He will marry his long-term girlfriend Tracy and have children, forgetting his dreams of one day living in America. No surprises await him, the typical English everyman.
Until he meets Tyler, an American businessman. Or so he seems at first glance. The friendship is an unusual one and only gets more complicated when Tyler inexplicably disappears. Miles's emotional connection to Tyler has become so strong he decides to leave his cosy but boring life and look for him.
